The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd(Formerly known as AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd)("AKRM"), the Managerof AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust ("ARREIT"), wishesto announce that the Ordinary Resolutionon the Proposed Authority to Allot and Issue New Units was duly passed by the unitholders at ARREIT's SixthAnnual General Meeting held today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the poll result were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by AKRM. The result of the poll is as follows:-
