Outcome
The Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 17April 2018 and tabled at the said Annual General Meeting held on 16May 2018were dulypassed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results havebeen duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd.
