The Board of Directors of TA Global Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the Resolutions as set out in the Notice ofNinth Annual General Meeting (“9th AGM”) of the Company dated 28 April2017 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 9th AGM of the Company held today, 24 May 2017.

All the Resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by TMF Administrative Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by theCompany.
