Outcome
We wishto announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Fifth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 August 2017 was duly approved by the unitholders of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust ("SunREIT") at the AGM held today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the results of the poll were verifiedby BDO Governance Advisory Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by SunREIT. The poll results are set out in the table below:
