The Board of Directors of Berjaya Food Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Ninth Annual General Meeting held on 2 October 2018 were duly passed by poll.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.The results of the poll are set out below.
