The Board of Directors of Focus Lumber Berhad ("Focus Lumber") is pleased to announce that Ordinary Resolution 1as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Focus Lumber dated 17 May 2018 ("Notice") was duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of Focus Lumber held today.

Ordinary Resolutions 2 to 7 as set out in the Notice have been withdrawn by the Board of Directors of Focus Lumber as the Board of Directors agreed to the shareholders' request to further evaluate the allocation of options under the Proposed ESOS to the Directors.

The results of the poll were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Focus Lumber.
