Outcome

On behalf of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad ("Hibiscus Petroleum" or "Company"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the shareholders of Hibiscus Petroleum had, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Hibiscus Petroleum ("EGM") held today, unanimously approved the ordinary resolution set out in the Notice of EGM dated 13 February 2018. The results of the pollwerevalidated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
