Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting ("6th AGM") of the Company dated 31October2016 wereduly approved by shareholders of the Company by way of a poll at the6thAGM of the Company heldon Tuesday, 6 December 2016. The results of the pollwerevalidated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
