The Board of Directors of ELK-Desa Resources Berhad is pleased to announce that at the Twenty-Fifth (25th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 13 August 2014, all the resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of AGM dated 22 July 2014 contained in the Year 2014 Annual Report of the Company have been tabled and approved by the shareholders present and voting whether in person or by proxy.
