Outcome
The Board of Directors of BermazAuto Berhad (formerly known as Berjaya Auto Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 13 March 2017 were dulypassed by poll. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
