Tenaga Nasional Berhadwishes to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-EighthAnnual General Meeting ("28th AGM") dated 17 April 2018were duly approved by the shareholders at the 28thAGM held today,15May 2018 except for Resolution 1 and 2 which have been withdrawn.

The remaining resolutionswere voted by poll and theresults were validated bySymphony CorporatehouseSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
