NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING FOR THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN FOR THE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD ("PROPOSED LTIP") Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") wishes to announce that the Company will be convening an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") at Dewan Serbaguna, Kompleks Sukan TNB, Jalan Pantai Baru, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 18 December 2014 at 12.00 p.m., or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment of the 24th Annual General Meeting which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 10.00 a.m.

TNB wishes to announce that two (2) ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 21 November 2014, were approved by the shareholders of the Company at its Meeting held today.
