Tenaga Nasional Berhadwishes to announce that allresolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("27th AGM") dated 21 November 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 27th AGM held today,18December 2017.

All resolutions were voted by poll and its results were validated bySymphony CorporatehouseSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
