The Board of Directors of Gamuda Berhad (29579-T) ("Gamuda" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions tabled at the Fortieth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 December 2016 were dulypassed by poll.

The results of the poll which are set out in the attachment below have been verified by the Independent Scrutineers namely, Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd.
