Integrated Logistics Berhad ("ILB") wishes to announce that all 11 ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of ILB's 26th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 20 March 2018 were duly approved by shareholders by way of poll, at ILB's 26 AGM held today.
The results of the poll were validated by Mr Tan Hock Kim, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
