The Board of Directors of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhadwishesto announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice ofthe25th Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") of the Company datedApril 26,2017 and tabled at the 25th AGM of the Company held today, May 24, 2017,were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at thesaid 25th AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated byAsia Securities Sdn Berhad, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
