Outcome
The Board of Directors of Star Media Group Berhad (“Star”) wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 22 June 2017 hasbeen passed by the shareholders of Star at the EGM held today.
The voting in respect of the resolution was carried out by way of poll and the result was validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Star. Please refer to attachment for the poll result.
