The Board of Directors of HUBLINE BERHAD are pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Forty-First AnnualGeneral Meeting (AGM) dated 26th January, 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM held on Friday, 24th March,2017.
The results were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
A copy of the results of the AGM is attached for reference.
