The Board of Directors of CME Group Berhad ("CME") wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of ICULS Holders' Meeting dated 19 February 2018 was approved by the ICULS holders of CME at the ICULS Holders' Meeting held on13 March 2018.
The result of the poll voting in respect of the special resolution is set out below:-
