The Board of Directors of Unimech Group Berhad ("UGB") wishes to announce that at its Twentieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 24 May 2017, all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM were carried.

The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
