The Board of Directors of ATTA Global Group Berhad ("ATTA" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Special Resolution as prescribed in the Notice of the Warrant B Holders' Meeting were duly passed by way of poll at the Warrant B Holders' Meetingof the Company held atATTA Global Group Berhad, Main Meeting Room, No.2521, Tingkat Perusahaan 6, Prai Industrial Estate, 13600 Prai, Pulau Pinang on Friday, 20 October 2017.
The results of the poll were validated by Messrs.Interesources Secretarial Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Please refer to the attachment on the outcome of the Warrant B Holders' Meeting of the Company.
