On behalf of the board of directors of Top Glove Corporation Bhd (the "Company"), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice of extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") dated 20 December 2017 were duly passed at the EGM held on 9 January 2018.
