Outcome
The Board of Directors of SKP Resources Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") of the Company dated 31 July 2017 were duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll, at the 17th AGM held today. The results of the poll were validated by Commercial QuestSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
