The Board of Pentamaster Corporation Berhad ("PCB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 1 June 2017, all the resolutionsset out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 27 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll.
The results of the poll were duly verified by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by theCompany .
