The Board of Directors of Spring GalleryBerhad ("SGB"or "the Company") wishes to announce that the resolutionset out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 15 March 2017was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM.
The results of the poll were validated by Mr. Praveen A/L Dalayga, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
