Outcome
The Board of Directors of Spring GalleryBerhad ("SGB"or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") dated 20 October 2016, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 16th AGM.
The results of the poll were validated by Mr. Praveen A/L Dalayga, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
