The Board of Directors of Spring Gallery Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all of the ordinary resolutions tabled at the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") held today as per the Notice of the 17th AGM dated 30 October 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.

Mr. Tang Nai Soon who retires by rotation pursuant to Article 91 of the Company's Articles of Association has given notice that he will not be seeking re-election. Hence, Mr. Tang Nai Soon retired upon the conclusion of the 17th AGM.

All of the ordinary resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Mr. Praveen A/L Dalayga, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
