The Board of Directors of GSCB wishes to announce the outcome of the 15th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 15 May 2018 as attached.

All the resolutions were voted on poll at the 15th AGM and the results were validated by the representative from Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
