The Board of Directors of Wang-Zheng Berhad ("Wang-Zheng" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Wang-Zheng have at its Fifteenth (15th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 24 May 2018passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 25 April 2018 by way of voting on poll. The results of the poll are as per attachment.
The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
