TH Heavy Engineering Berhad ("THHE"or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") of THHEheld today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of13thAGM dated 28 April 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of THHE.
The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated byCommercial QuestSdn. Bhd.,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
