The Board of Directors of Power Rot Berhad ("Power Root" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeteing ("EGM") of the Company held on 29 June 2018, all the resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 14 June 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll.

The results of the poll were duly certified by Scrutineer NeedsBridge Advisory Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
