NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") of the Company will be held at No 1, Jalan Sri Plentong, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor on Friday, 25 July 2014 at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 8th AGM, a copy of which is attached herewith.

The Board of Directors of Power Root Berhad ("Power Root") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the notice of the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 30 June 2014, tabled at the Eighth AGM held on 25 July 2014 at No. 1, Jalan Sri Plentong, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor, were duly passed by the shareholders of Power Root.
