The Board of Directors of Barakah Offshore Petroleum Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's SixthAnnual General Meeting held on 27 June 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are set out in the attachment.
