The Board of Directors of Harn Len Corporation Bhd ("HLC") is pleased to announce that at the 15th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on Friday, 26June 2015, the shareholders of HLC have duly passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 15th AGM of HLC dated 29 May 2015by way of show of hands except for Resolution Nos. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,21,22 and 23 which were conducted by way of poll.
