The Board of Directors of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad ("BHIC" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of 45th Annual General Meeting dated 14 March 2017 were duly passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the said Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, 5 April 2017.
Details of the results of the poll which were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are attached herewith.
