The Board of Directors of Majuperak Holdings Berhad ("MHB" or "the Company") is pleased toannounce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting (14th AGM) of the Company dated 29 April 2017 were duly paased by way of poll at the 14th AGM of the Company held atMeru Hotel, Bandar Meru Raya, 30020 Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan on Friday, 26 May 2017.
The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
