The Board of Directors of Denko Industrial Corporation Berhad ("Denko" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutionsset out in the Notice of the Twenty-Eighth Annual GeneralMeeting ("28th AGM") dated31 July 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at its28th AGMheld today.
