The Board of Directors of Eco World Development Group Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company dated 27 February 2017 was duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll, at the EGM held today. The result of the poll was validated by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
