The Board of Directors of Dataprep Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company held at Dewan Berjaya, Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 17 August 2016 were duly approved by way of poll by the shareholders of the Company.

The results of the poll were validated by Ms Cindy Lim of Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
