The Board of Directors of Dataprep Holdings Bhd. is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Twenty-Eighth (28th) Annual General Meeting of the Company held at Dewan Berjaya, Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 28 September 2017 were duly approved by way of poll by the shareholders of the Company.

The results of the poll were validated by Mr.Alfred Johnof Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
