The Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad ("Pansar") wishes to announce that the Shareholders of Pansar have at the Forty-Third (43rd) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 28 July 2017 morning passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 5 July 2017.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Tengis Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
