Outcome
The Board of Directors of Hil Industries Berhad ("HIL") is pleased to announce that the resolutionas set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of HIL dated 18 August 2017 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of HIL held today. The results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by HIL.
