The Board of Directors of Lion Forest Industries Berhad (   LFIB   ) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting of LFIB held on 21 November 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs Ong Boon Bah & Co., the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
