Outcome
The Board of Directors of Taliworks CorporationBerhad (“TCB”) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (“26th AGM”) dated 28 April2017 were duly passed at the 26th AGM of TCBheld earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 26th AGM. The result of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by TCB. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
