The Board of Directors of ENRA Group Berhad ( Company or ENRA ) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) dated 18 January 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held today.
The results of the poll were validated by Lawco Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by ENRA.
