NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM") of the shareholders of Jasa Kita Berhad will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 13 September 2012 at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 20th AGM, details as per attachment herein.
