Outcome
The Board of Directors of Texchem Resources Bhd. ("TRB") is pleased to announce that all the 10 resolutions set out in the Notice of the Forty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM") dated 26 March 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of TRB by way of poll at TRB's 44th AGM held on 24 April 2018.
The results of the poll have been duly verified by Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by TRB.
The details of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
