Outcome
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Premier Nalfin Berhad ("Company"), Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 18 December 2017 was duly passed by the shareholders at the EGM held today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the result of the poll was validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
