The Board of Directors of Sycal Ventures Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") of the Company was held on Thursday, 23 February 2017 and the special resolutions 1 and 2 and the ordinary resolution 1 set forth in the Notice of the EGM dated 25 January 2017 were duly passed by way of poll.
