The Board of Directors of Tecnic Group Berhad ("Tecnic") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of Tecnic have at its Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 7 March, 2017passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the AGM dated 13 February, 2017 by way of voting onpoll. The results of the poll are as per attachment.
The results of the poll were verified by Messrs, Leou Associates Plt, the independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
